Hepatitis B virus (HBV) causes a chronic, usually asymptomatic, infection (CHB). Complications of CHB include chronic liver disease, liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma. Infection with HBV in the perinatal, infant and childhood periods increase the risk of chronicity and adult morbidity. Australian CHB infected children and adolescents are disproportionately from diverse cultural and ethnolinguistic backgrounds but also include Australian born children.

One food service worker in ADUC has caught the attention of Morehead State students by bringing kindness and joy into a difficult semester. Howie Taylor has been known to go the extra mile when it comes to working as a food service worker at Chick-Fil-A in the Adron Doran University Center (ADUC). This ranges from helping out other restaurants when they need more people to having conversations with students to make their days better.

CoffeeTree Books has not always been the town staple it is today. CoffeeTree Books has been a popular spot for Morehead State University students and the community. The Morehead, KY hotspot original started has the Fuzzy Duck Coffee Shop in the back of Book Haven, which was located in the Morehead Plaza. “We had the Coffee Shop in the back of the bookstore, and so we rented from the people who actually owned the bookstore,” said Marge Thomas, co-owner of CoffeeTree Books.
