Abstract Metabolomic dysregulation contributes to prostate cancer (PCa) pathogenesis, and studies suggest that circulating metabolites have strong potential to act as clinical biomarkers. However, evidence of associations between circulating metabolites with overall and clinically significant PCa risk has not been quantitively aggregated.
