I had worked for six years in the Royal Navy followed by 27 years in the fire service, and also spent time in the ambulance service. Now I run my own event medical company.

At The Movies: A closer look at PeckhamPlex
If you live your life by Yelp reviews, PeckhamPlex probably sounds like a terrible place to visit ("I mean the staff aren't really friendly, and you can tell they probably hate their jobs, but for the money I didn't expect too much"), but if you're the adventurous type, you'll already know it's one of the best cinemas around, and definitely one of London's best kept secrets. The 405's Harry Hall made his way down to the "no-frills" cinema to see what all the fuss is about.

For Syrhea Conaway, Tech Problems Led to New a Cappella Career | Music Stories | St. Louis News and Events | Riverfront Times
St. Louis' Syrhea Conaway didn't start her solo project, Syna So Pro, with a cappella performance in mind.
