Private Screening For Some Real Cookie Queens
On August 7, 2026 Girl Scouts Service Unit 107 gathered at Jackson Cinema is D’Place for a private screening of the newly released movie, ‘Cookie Queens’. This project involved our entire Service Unit 107, which includes all our Girl Scout Troops in Amador County. The Girl Scouts were each able to invite their Cookie Queen to the event (their Mom, Grandma, sister, aunt or friend). The Girl Scouts ranged from 4 to 18 years old and with their Adult Leaders.
STR Depreciation/Bonus Depreciation Question
Hi all, we bought a STR in 2022 for 380k, renovated it for 200k in 2023, and rented it out in July, August, September of 2023 with an average stay of just under 6 days. We're changing our plan for the property in 2024 and plan to rent it out for two of the summer months on a <7 day basis, but then also use it for a month ourselves. Not looking to rent it out in the off-season currently. This will probably be the situation in 2024 and beyond. We are not real estate professionals.
Divide Lot in San Diego County
Has anyone in unincorporated areas of San Diego County (Fallbrook, Bonsall, Valley Center, etc.) ever applied for/been approved for dividing your lot? We know SB9 is right around the corner, which will allow homeowners in an urbanized area to divide their lot BUT, we are figuring out if it is possible for us to do this now, outside of SB9, especially since we are on over 2 acres and live outside the city limits. Thanks!

AA lounge first class?
AA lounge first class? Today, 8:39 pm Original Poster Join Date: Feb 2020 Posts: 1 AA lounge first class? We are flying first class from Seattle to St.Lucia with a stop over in Miami. I have centurion/PP but would like to use the AA lounge but the website says you can only use it if you are traveling international first class. Is the Caribbean part of that, I did not see it on the list? Will we be granted access? Thank you in advance.
