Terry Ratliff, a painter who’s spent decades honing his craft, will be among the artists. For at least six hours a day, seven days a week, Ratliff can be found at his easel. Dottie Davis served with the Fort Wayne Police Department from 1981 to 2013, rising from patrol officer to deputy chief. Her new book details how she navigated a career in a male-dominated field while concealing abuse at home - carried out by her husband, who worked in law enforcement at a separate agency.
