Posted: Dec 10, 2025 / 05:37 PM MST Updated: Dec 10, 2025 / 05:42 PM MST The fire was reported just before 4 p.m. near 80th Avenue and Wolff Street. The fire department said that one resident was taken to the hospital and later pronounced dead. Their identity has not been released, as the Adams County Coroner’s Office is notifying next-of-kin. “We extend our condolences to the family and friends of the deceased,” the agency said on X.
