Scoop: Champagne, caviar will come together in an elite Michelin collab in Charlotte

An exclusive, trans-Atlantic collaboration between Michelin-starred restaurants celebrating champagne and caviar is coming to Charlotte this fall. In October, Counter- — the only Charlotte restaurant to earn a Michelin star in the inaugural Michelin Guide American South — is teaming up with two-starred London restaurant Kitchen Table for a 10-14 course dinner highlighting luxury ingredients. The star of the show? Rare, grower-crafted champagnes and caviar from North Carolina’s Marshallberg Farms.
