We use apatite (U-Th-Sm)/He thermochronometry (AHe) and date more than 100 single grain ages and conduct thermal history modelling using the Python code PyBasin. The tool allows for the inclusion of provenance ages and to define heat flow over time, as well as burial and exhumation phases separately. We show that this is key for developing a single consistent model explaining the AHe dataset that reconciles previous studies and contributes to the discussion on exhumation drivers.

We present, for the first time, interpretation results of 3D seismic data covering the easternmost segment of the Swiss Jura, a type example of thin-skinned tectonics where deformation of the sedimentary cover is decoupled from the basement along a regional basal detachment. The interpretation focused primarily on the Palaeozoic tectono-stratigraphy but also includes Mesozoic and Cenozoic horizons and faults.
