Riley Norton will again lead the Junior Springboks at the Junior World Championship. Piaras Ó Mídheach/Getty Images Junior Springbok coach Kevin Foote announced his squad for the 2026 Junior World Championship in Georgia, naming seven players from last year’s title-winning team. The full squad won’t assemble immediately as 10 players are committed to the senior Springbok group for matches in Gqeberha on 20 June, while wing Cheswill Jooste remains with the Bulls ahead of the URC final.

The 28-year-old former Junior Springbok, who has been a key member of the Stormers team that made the URC semi-finals, will replace outgoing franchise team-mate Salmaan Moerat, who has been released from the Bok camp due to injury. Moerat will leave the Stormers for France at the end of the season.
