1 Introduction Nonampullary duodenal neuroendocrine tumors (D-NETs) are a rare [1] but clinically significant subset of neuroendocrine tumors, often arising from the deep mucosa, and they are primarily located in the submucosa [2]. Their management poses challenges due to the technical difficulties and risks of bleeding and perforation during endoscopic resection (ER). There is ongoing debate regarding the best treatment approach for D-NETs [3].
