The report found 84% of all fraudsters displayed at least one behavioral red flag, and those who did so caused median losses that were 33% greater than those who did not.

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) projects a 55% chance of a below-average 2026 Atlantic hurricane season, estimating eight to 14 named storms, three to six hurricanes, and one to three major systems.
