Abstract Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) is a chronic inflammatory skin disorder with a high unmet need, particularly for treatment-resistant tunnels. Integrated multiomics analysis revealed that HS tunnels are spatially organized, self-amplifying inflammatory circuits driven by synergistic IL-17/IL-36γ activation of a unique keratinocyte subset, which activates neutrophils and inflammatory fibroblasts.
Methods The data for this study were derived from a cross-sectional survey centred on cardiovascular disorders and related risk factors (the Ningxia Cardiovascular Disorders Study, NCDS). The NCDS was conducted in NHAR from January 2020 to December 2021, aiming to investigate the prevalence and risk factors for cardiovascular disorders, including hypertension, dyslipidaemia, obesity, diabetes mellitus (DM), coronary heart disease and HUA.
