From local practices to national narratives: the micro-construction of Ningxia’s medical cooperation with Benin and China’s health diplomacy in Africa
Abstract Background China’s health diplomacy with Africa is a core part of China-Africa cooperation. Existing studies mostly focus on macro-level strategies and policies, lacking micro-level analysis of local actors and a bidirectional examination of mechanisms linking local practices and national narratives.
‘Internet + healthcare’ empowers China-Africa health cooperation model transformation: a case study of Ningxia-Benin
Abstract Digital technology is reshaping global health governance. Using Ningxia-Benin medical cooperation as a longitudinal case study, this study examines how the ‘Internet + Healthcare’ model contributes to the evolution of China’s international health assistance.

Analysis of the Sand Erosion Effect and Wear Mechanism of Wind Turbine Blade Coating
1. Introduction Blades constitute a critical component of wind turbines, accounting for 15–20% of the total cost. In order to enhance wind energy capture efficiency, the size of the blades is gradually increasing, posing new challenges for maintenance and repair. Inner Mongolia is rich in wind energy resources, accounting for 50% of the country’s exploitable energy resources [1]. By the end of 2022, the installed wind power capacity in Inner Mongolia had reached 45.683,4 GW [2].
Analysis and Optimized Design of Rigid-Flexible Coupling Characteristics of Crab Apple Picking Machines and Crab Apple Trees
2.4.2. Purpose and Methodology of the Test The purpose of this crab apple picking field test was to investigate the acceleration magnitude at the field side branch point under different excitation frequencies, which correspond to different rotational angles of the hydraulic motor throttle switch. Additionally, the test aimed to determine the changes in acceleration response curves at various vibration frequencies.
PTCH1 and CTNNB1 emerge as pivotal predictors of resistance to neoadjuvant chemotherapy in ER+/HER2- breast cancer
1 Introduction Breast Cancer is the most frequent cancer and the leading cause of mortality from cancer in women worldwide (1). Elaborate investigation of the molecular mechanisms revealed the significance of estrogen receptor (ER), progesterone receptor (PR), and human epidermal growth factor receptor (HER2) in breast cancer. This knowledge enabled the classification of breast cancer into three subtypes; ER+/HER2-, HER2+, and triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) which lacks all three receptors.
Natural compounds ursolic acid and digoxin exhibit inhibitory activities to cancer cells in RORγ-dependent and -independent manner

The Stress-responsive Gene ATF3 Mediates Dichotomous UV Responses by Regulating the Tip60 and p53 Proteins
The response to UV irradiation is important for a cell to maintain its genetic integrity when challenged by environmental genotoxins. An immediate early response to UV irradiation is the rapid induction of activating transcription factor 3 (ATF3) expression. Although emerging evidence has linked ATF3 to stress pathways regulated by the tumor suppressor p53 and the histone acetyltransferase Tip60, the role of ATF3 in the UV response remains largely unclear.
