3. Set Net Displacement Monitoring System If the anchorage of the set net is damaged, the set net will be washed away by the current, which will cause huge losses for the operators. Therefore, there is an urgent need to build a positioning system for the set net. The positioning part uses GPS to perform the positioning action and to monitor the displacement of the set net [19]. The GPS provides accurate positioning, speed measurement, and high-precision standard time.
