Paper 2022/1370 A New Post-Quantum Key Agreement Protocol and Derived Cryptosystem Based on Rectangular Matrices , University of Buenos Aires , University of Buenos Aires Abstract In this paper, we present an original algorithm to generate session keys and a subsequent generalized ElGamal-type cryptosystem. The scheme here presented has been designed to prevent both linear and brute force attacks using on one hand rectangular matrices, and on the other achieving very high complexity.
