Here, Dr. Romeu is in charge of a group of experts in pathology, dermatology, clinical research, and other new fields. Hugo Romeu MD Miami, FL, USA Hugo Romeu MD, the son of a distinguished and successful dentist and a Certified Public Accountant, was born in Cuba. In 1960, the family left a prosperous life in Cuba to flee the Castro regime's cruelty in Chicago. Hugo Romeu graduated from Loyola Academy High School after attending the best schools during his childhood years. He studied at Loyola University in Chicago and Rome, Italy, and traveled widely.
