3. Results and Discussion 3.1. Characterization To identify the crystal structure of the products, powder XRD measurements were performed. Figure 1a displays the XRD patterns of C-BN and h-BN. As a reference, the standard diffraction data (JCPDS No. 34–0421) of hexagonal BN are also provided in Figure 1a. For both samples, all the diffraction peaks could be well indexed by standard diffraction data, and no additional diffraction peaks were found, indicating good phase purity.
