Structural Elucidation Sclerohumin P ( 1 ) was isolated as a colorless oil. HRESIMS analysis revealed a protonated molecule at m / z 335.2216 ([M + H] + ; calculated for C 20 H 31 O 4 , m / z 335.2222), corresponding to six degrees of unsaturation (double-bond equivalents, DBEs). The IR spectrum exhibited characteristic absorptions for hydroxy groups (3412 cm –1 ) and conjugated carbonyl functionalities (1624 cm –1 ).
