In this study, the dynamics of a quasi 1D Bose–Einstein condensate is investigated with the help of homotopy perturbation and Bernoulli sub-equation function methods, and their effectiveness is compared. The quasi-1D condensate, composed of interacting atoms at low temperatures and low densities, is modeled by the 1D Gross–Pitaevskii equation, which provides highly accurate results under the assumptions of mean-field theory.

1. Introduction Strokes, a major global health issue, rank as the second leading cause of death and a top cause of disability worldwide [1]. They occur when the blood supply to the brain is interrupted either by a blockage in a blood vessel (ischemic stroke) or a rupture (hemorrhagic stroke), leading to damage in brain cells and severe outcomes such as paralysis, speech difficulties, and cognitive impairment [2].
