1. Introduction Graphene is a honeycomb-lattice material composed of sp2-bonded carbon atoms. Graphene is of interest owing to its excellent properties such as its thermal conductivity and electron mobility [1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8]. Unique physical properties of graphene can emerge by stacking graphene layers in a particular configuration (the number of layers and the twist angle between adjacent graphene layers).
