Igor Bannikov has been a pop culture journalist, showrunner, and filmmaker since 2010. He has worked with renowned publications like Esquire, Maxim, Elle, Cosmopolitan, and others, and has collaborated on projects with companies such as Apple, The Institute of Musical Initiatives, and Hearst Corporation.

He is well-known for creating popular music shows like Videosalon (2012-2016), Guess in 10 Seconds (2016-2021), and Prove It If You Can (2021-2022), which have gained millions of views and become iconic among music fans. Bannikov has also directed documentaries about the music industry and internet culture, including This Is a Movie About What You've Done (2019) and The State of Podcasts (2020).
