O tema da atração e retenção de talento tem sido amplamente debatido. Multiplicam-se recomendações e modelos de gestão, quase como manuais de instruções aplicáveis a qualquer organização. Mas, na prática, não existe uma fórmula única. Cada empresa é moldada pelos projetos que desenvolve, pela sua cultura e, sobretudo, pelas pessoas que a integram. Nos últimos anos, Portugal tem assistido a uma forte pressão sobre o talento qualificado, sobretudo nas áreas tecnológicas.
