1. Introduction To study and interpret real events, new statistical models must continuously be built. In recent times, models limited to the interval ( 0 , 1 ) have generated a lot of interest. This type of models is mainly used to study proportion data, such as survival rate data and product failure, among others. Different areas, such as health, actuarial and financial sciences, require this type of distributions.
