New CCTV shows missing woman hours before she vanished

CCTV of what is thought to be a missing woman in a rowing boat the day she disappeared has been released by police. Vitoria Figueiredo Barreto, 31, has not been seen for 121 days since she vanished on March 4. Unseen footage shows her last-known movements in the Brightlingsea area of Essex as she wanders around a boatyard in the early hours. There is also CCTV of a woman, who is strongly believed to be the Brazilian national, rowing away on a boat.
