What happens when a broke musician (well, a drummer) in 1997 starts writing music using a computer and discovers that he has a knack for computer tech? Well, in my case, it transformed my career as a semi-employed broke musician in to a well-employed, much better paid IT professional (who still gets to do music on the side).
Since 1997, a lot has changed in the world of technology and the pace at which it is changing has become mind-boggling. Simply keeping up with the latest technology can be both exhilarating and exhausting. Like music, with its seemingly limitless possibilities, technology appears to only be limited by our imagination.
With all of these possibilities come choices, and with choices…confusion. Knowing which technology to choose and how to best utilize it to improve your business, your life, or the lives of others can be difficult.
My hope for this blog is threefold:
1) Give practical step-by-step help to IT professionals and technology users on a range of technologies.
2) Answer specific questions to aid IT professionals and users with their technologies.
3) Provide ideas for how IT professionals, business owners, and users can renovate their IT Spaces.
