Construction of the long-awaited Orange County Library System (OCLS) Horizon West library branch is well underway, exciting Horizon Westers of all ages. The building looks great, but it is not open just yet. An announcement of the opening date is expected soon! The new branch has been designed with Horizon West Regional Park in mind, offering 20,000 square feet of library space along with OCLS’s first planned outdoor events area.
