INTRODUCTION Transabdominal ultrasonography is the most common ultrasound modality in the context of pediatric and adolescent gynecology (PAG), as it is easy to perform, does not use ionizing radiation and does not require sedation. Transvaginal and transrectal ultrasound can also be performed in cases in which transabdominal ultrasound is inadequate1-3.

Objectives The aim of this study is to use machine learning to develop a clinical decision support tool to offer women personalised outcome prediction for expectant and medical miscarriage management. Methods A retrospective, multi-site study of patients selected for expectant or medical management of miscarriage was undertaken. A total of 1075 patients across two hospital early pregnancy units were eligible for inclusion.

Objectives Identify radiomic ultrasound features from the pregnancy of unknown viability diagnosis images, which may predict subsequent loss. Radiomics offers a quantitative method to assess heterogeneity between images, which can be more stable compared to subjective assessment. Methods A retrospective, multi-site study, included 500 cases of early pregnancy ‘pregnancy of unknown viability’ (PUV).
