She notes that much of the island is still without cellular phone service, adding that setting up one of CER's solar power kits would help Puerto Rico Rises efforts to open their warehouse in Aquadilla for the millions of pounds of supplies donated stateside.

Vermont state senator Chris Bray is proposing at measure for consideration in 2018 that generously gives electric car buyers a pass on paying the state's purchase and use tax. The objective being to "hasten" the transition from fossil fuel vehicles to electric. However, he's also proposing an annual $100 fee to make up for excise revenues lost from the sale of gasoline. That is not unusual.

In an oped that appeared in the Financial Post, Lawrence Solomon argued that bicycles should be banned from London streets. Why? And how do they "add pollution"? By forcing all those dirty diesel trucks and Black Cabs to crawl even slower along the few streets with lanes reserved for bicycles, I presume.
