Over the years, I've been hearing a lot of colleagues (mostly fellow developers 😅) claiming that meetings are a waste of time and should be avoided at all cost - and I can totally sympathize with them! However, meetings have also their advantages that can't be overlooked - especially when a project grows and many teams are working on the same codebase.
