Zeta Potential Titration Curves The zeta potential is related to the surface charge and its variation by changing the pH of the electrolyte provides information about the acidic or the basic nature of functional groups on the surface of a bulk sample or colloidal particles. The titration curves obtained on polyphenols in TRIS/HCl_P and TRIS/HCl+Ca_P (Figure 5) are already reported and discussed in previous work by the authors [9] and are here used as a reference.
