Abstract Burnout undermines the ability of pediatric workforces to provide high-quality, compassionate care to children and families. Health practitioners have higher risks of experiencing burnout, and prevalence has increased since the COVID-19 pandemic. The primary aim of this study was to understand the acceptability and feasibility of a self-paced online, well-being and resilience program incorporating Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) principles.
