Dry lightning struck a patch of vegetation, igniting a fire west of Yarnell, Arizona, around 90 miles northwest of Phoenix. Two days later, the Hotshots were battling the fire when the winds suddenly shifted and the flames rapidly raced toward them.

37 migrants detained in human smuggling in Westmorland

(KYMA) - 37 migrants were detained in Westmorland after Border Patrol agents stopped two human smuggling attempts. El Centro Sector Border Patrol shared the news Monday morning on social media. Agents say a Chevy Tahoe was stopped in Westmorland, carrying seven migrants and uncovered another 27 migrants inside a mini bottom dump trailer. A total of 37 migrants were detained.

ICE agents were seen Monday at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. ABC15 in Phoenix reports several agents at the airport, but the exact number is not known. As of Monday morning, two of the four security checkpoints in Terminal 4 remained shut down.
