WARREN, Ohio (WKBN) – Rubber duckies will be racing down the Mahoning River today as part of the second Warren Rotary River Duck Festival. The event runs from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. Sunday at the Warren Community Amphitheatre, with the big race happening at 4 p.m. Duck adoptions, food trucks, live entertainment, raffle baskets, kids' activities and more will all be available. Admission is free, and it's $10 to race a duck. All proceeds will be donated right back to local charities across the community.

The Healthy Hearts and Paws Project announced their Humane Division is enforcing “shelter laws” for owners this week. This means owners must provide animals with adequate shelter and access to water.
