Nature center in Olathe receiving $3.7 million upgrade

Olathe, Kan. – The Ernie Miller Nature Center in Olathe is getting a $3.7 million makeover. The last time the building received any major upgrades was in 2004. Andrea Joslin, an outdoor education manager with the nature center, says these upgrades will improve people’s visits. “Nothings really been done to make improvements to the nature center since then,” Joslin said.

Protesters in Kansas City, Missouri took part in the movement at Mill Creek Park. “It was staggering, you could still see the KC Current on the back of her car, she was a part of this community and now she’s gone,” protester Carter Taylor said.
