What does it mean to be a journalist?
To be a journalist is to be a living chronicle of the past, present and future.
What tools and software do you use to do your job?
Feedly, Otter, Slack, Airtable, Google Docs and Adobe Spark are all great. For gear, my iPhone, Chromebook and Rocketbook do the trick.
What's your favorite social network?
I love Twitter. It's a hellhole but it's also unbeatable for both up-to-the-minute information and general entertainment.

Why did you become a journalist?
Writing is one of the few things I'm good at.
Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
I started the first newspaper club at my HS. Some people signed up/showed up for lunch meetings, but no one wrote anything so it ended.

Mountain Dew Voltage.
