NSW Minister for Women Jodie Harrison has refused to say what a woman is. Which is awkward. The word “women” is not buried in the fine print of her job description. It is the job description. Meanwhile, NSW Premier Chris Minns says men can change their birth certificates to become women … but that doesn’t mean they should be free to play women’s sport or be housed in women’s prisons. Which does seem a little illogical.

If only the Iranian women’s football team were ISIS brides, our government would have pulled out all stops to help them.
