A study by city staff has found there’s a “clear need” for a third recreation centre in North Delta, particularly in the northeast area of the community. On Monday (June 15), staff presented council with a 30-page report on the first phase of the city’s North Delta Facility Feasibility Study, as part of an update on parks, recreation and culture investment in the city.
