Only 11 of the 41 scheduled fixtures went ahead as planned, with six of those in the Midlands Division and the entire East Division programme wiped out. After playing on the road at Boldmere St Michaels so far this season, Chasetown finally got to play on their new artificial surface at The Scholars Ground and they made it a day to remember, coming from behind to defeat Witton Albion 3-2.

Stafford prepare for first league game since Hill departure

It was confirmed last Friday that the club had parted company with Hill by mutual consent after nearly three years in charge. A club statement said: "It is with deep regret that we can confirm the club has parted company with First Team Manager, Matt Hill, by mutual consent. "Matt took over the reigns at a very difficult time for the club and brought stability on the football side securing an eighth place finish in his first season.
