GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. — The KARE 11 Weather Team has issued a Weather Impact Alert from Monday evening through most of Tuesday morning as a mix of light rain and freezing rain moves into central Minnesota. The alert is currently set for 6 p.m. Monday through 9 a.m. Tuesday. Forecasters expect a band of rain and freezing rain to develop Monday evening, stretching from Willmar, Minnesota, to Menomonie, Wisconsin. Parts of the Twin Cities metro area are included in the forecast.
