Keep current council

Keep current council 20 years. First time I felt comfortable with the town and the town council. First time felt the town council was thinking of me, a middle income resident and the need to provide for families with children (the pool). Keep our current council. Payson does not need NIMBYS. We have a council for the people! kAmy2? ~H6?[ !2JD@?k^Am

Open your heart

Open your heart I am writing in response to Del Owens’ letter regarding housing for low-income persons. I was not aware that the resistance in some quarters was a racist issue. The issue to me is another NIMBY (“not in my backyard”) issue. Or I have mine, so no one else matters mentality. We need affordable housing for workers who check us out at the grocery, for teachers, nurses, even for doctors who come and go like the tide.
