Latent longitudinal health behaviour patterns Models with two to ten latent classes were estimated. A seven-class solution best fit the data (BIC: 63,613.1 vs. 63,620.0 [six-class solution] and 63,620.4 [eight-class solution]); full goodness-of-fit indices are provided in Supplement Table 1). In addition, this model provided a somewhat more definite classification (entropy) compared with models with a greater number of classes. A graphical overview of the seven classes is presented in Figure 2.

Abstract Background We investigated relationships of broader self-management abilities (self-efficacy, positive frame of mind, investment behavior, taking initiatives, multifunctionality of resources, variety of resources) to social and emotional loneliness among community-dwelling older people while controlling for background characteristics.

Abstract Background Patient-centered care (PCC) has been proposed as the way forward in improving primary care for patients with multi-morbidity. However, it is not clear what PCC exactly looks like in practice for patients with multi-morbidity. A better understanding of multi-morbid patients’ views on what PCC should look like and which elements are most important may help to improve care delivery for this vulnerable population.
