TRAVIS COUNTY, Texas - DPS is investigating a deadly wreck in East Travis County. The crash happened around 3 a.m. Wednesday on FM 969 and Bantom Woods Bend. Deadly wreck on FM 969 Original

TRAVIS COUNTY, Texas - DPS is investigating a deadly wreck in East Travis County. The crash happened around 3 a.m. Wednesday on FM 969 and Bantom Woods Bend. Austin-Travis County EMS says it appeared that a vehicle hit a pedestrian and an adult died at the scene. FM 969 was closed between Imperial Drive and FM 973, but the roadway has reopened as of 6:45 a.m.
