Today I realized something — my stomach deserves an apology. 😂 The crime? Too much string cheese, hot chips, and a Sour Grape Four Loko. Yes… I raw dogged that Loko. No food. No fear. Today I asked myself the kind of question you can’t un-hear once it’s out in the open: “Does this relationship feed my spirit?” My heart whispered no. Not even a pause. Just… no. And then I asked: “Do I feel safe, seen, and loved?” Again — no. But when I asked if I felt anxious, second-guessed, and small? Every cell in my body screamed yes. And that broke something inside me — but it also freed something. I’ve spent so long trying to keep the peace that I forgot I deserve to feel peace.
