Typically, it's the legends who inspire younger generations. But if you're Taylor Swift, you inspire everyone. Age doesn't matter. That was the case for John Fogerty. The 81-year-old singer-songwriter said the "Shake It Off" singer "did a remarkable thing" when she re-recorded her songs several years ago. It inspired the frontman for Creedence Clearwater Revival to do the same with his own music.

World Cup Viewers Convinced Singer Used Body Double at Opening Ceremony

Shakira says her hips don't lie, but they still left some World Cup viewers confused. As you may know, the weeks-long soccer (sorry, football) tournament kicked off yesterday, June 11, in Mexico City. The opening ceremony included performances by J Balvin, Maná, and Lila Downs. The "Whenever, Wherever" singer performed the tournament anthem, "Dai Dai," in dark shades, white shorts, and a yellow mesh top. But was it actually her? Fans seem convinced that Shakira used a double for the performance.

Fire Breaks Out Under Roller Coaster at Six Flags in Scary Scene

It was quite the frightening scene at Six Flags Magic Mountain in Valencia, California, on the afternoon of Thursday, June 11. Smoke and flames were seen underneath the X2 roller coaster at the popular amusement park. As reported by the New York Post, the Los Angeles Fire Department was dispatched to Six Flags Magic Mountain around 12:30 p.m. to put out the brush fire. The flames would eventually burn a half-acre of the amusement park before firefighters contained it just over 15 minutes later.
