Quantifying epigenetic reprogramming and cellular plasticity in preneoplastic lesions reveals dedifferentiation as a key precancer hallmark
Abstract Epigenetic reprogramming and plasticity are two cancer hallmarks that increase the risk of carcinogenic transformation, yet quantifying these properties remains a fundamental challenge. Here we develop and validate a general pan-tissue computational framework called PLASTIC for quantifying cellular plasticity and epigenetic reprogramming from single-cell RNA-seq data. PLASTIC allows construction of Waddington-like landscapes allowing identification of high cancer risk states.

Three Ways Co-Packing Technology Can Reduce Operational Waste
Did you know that supply chain emissions are on average 5.5 times higher than emissions from direct operations? That means for the average enterprise, the emissions footprint of its supplier ecosystem is more than five times greater than the emissions footprint of its own offices and facilities. Prepare an exit strategy plan for your business amidst the prolonged lockdown
WHILE there is no way to tell exactly what the economic damage from the current global COVID-19 pandemic will be, there is however widespread agreement among economists that it will have severe negative impacts on the Malaysia economy for several years even in the post-pandemic era.
