Make Langchain Agent Actually Work With Local LLMs (Vicuna, WizardLM)

There are a ton of articles to help you build your first agent with Langchain. Those have shown good performance with OpenAI API, which is a powerful model. Then, I tried many of them and I realize that it does not actually work well with local LLMs like Vicuna or Alpaca. So, I decide to modify and optimize the Langchain agent with local LLMs. In the end, my LLM agent can do a much better job with several customizes. So here are my experiences.
