Air raid sirens are currently active across every region of Ukraine, with missiles reportedly having been fired from Russia on Tuesday, Nov. 15. According to the head of the military administration of the city of Kryvvi Rih, Oleksandr Vilkul, a “mass launch” of Kh-101 missiles took place in the Vologograd-Astrakhan Region, with Euromaiden Press reporting that a five-storey building in Kyiv is currently on fire. “Urgently take cover,” Vilkul warned in a Telegram post.

Ukraine Cautious as Russia Orders Troops Out of Kherson

Kyiv has reacted sceptically to Russia announcing its retreat from the southern city of Kherson, urging continued resistance until Ukraine liberates all of its occupied cities. Moscow’s decision to withdraw troops from the regional capital it had seized earlier in the war came as the United States estimated more than 100,000 Russian military personnel have been killed or wounded in Ukraine.
