The Cardinals (13-5-2) defeated the Tiffin Dragons (14-6-1) with a final score of 2-1 Sunday afternoon. SVSU was outshot 19-3 as the Dragons had 10 shots on goal to the Cardinals three.

PAINSVILLE, Ohio – Saginaw Valley State University redshirt senior forward Jayden Cameron was named to the Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA) All-Midwest Region Second Team on Tuesday. The Brampton, Ontario native has led the Cardinals in the 2024 season with career high nine goals, three assists, and career high 21 points.

The Cardinals (12-5-2) drew 0-0 against the Hillcats (9-5-7) and advanced to the third round via penalty kicks, winning the shootout 4-2. SVSU was outshot 21-13 as RSU had eight shots on goal to the Cardinals five.
