Inventory buildup, slowing prices impact Albuquerque's residential market - Albuquerque Business First

A buildup of inventory and longer stays on the market may point to a further price decline for more than just Albuquerque. The median home price in Albuquerque’s residential market was $359,500 in February, a small decrease from the $360,000 median home price in January 2025, according to the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors monthly market report.

$5.01M filing leads commercial building permits issued last week by City of Albuquerque - Albuquerque Business First

A $5.01M permit renewal for a new food institute and structure additions at Kairos Power led the 22 commercial building permits issued last week by the City of Albuquerque. The City of Albuquerque issued 22 commercial building permits between Jan. 6 and Jan. 10. The permit for the largest project in terms of estimated cost was issued on Jan. 10 to Emily Brudenell for a new building at 1407 Fourth St. SW. The project is estimated to be about 12,070 square feet.

$30.7M filing leads commercial building permits issued last week by city of Albuquerque - Albuquerque Business First

The city of Albuquerque issued 11 commercial building permits between Dec. 30, 2024, and Jan. 3, 2025 The permit for the largest project in terms of square footage and estimated cost was issued Dec. 30 to Robert Jacknewitz for a new building at 8301 Daytona Road NW. The project is estimated to be about 98,695 square feet. The estimated cost of the work is about $30,697,396. The work will be done by Paric Corp.
