Wharton thought leaders and Bay Area experts shared their knowledge and ideas on the Wharton Global Forum stage in San Francisco on June 26 and 27. More than 600 alumni and friends registered to listen and engage with nearly 10 hours of programming about topics including artificial intelligence applications, entrepreneurial journeys, health-care innovations, the identity of San Francisco itself, and more.

This fall, the Wharton School launched Wharton in Focus, an event series bringing the best minds in business together in cities all over the globe. Designed to illuminate up-to-the-minute discourse and foster cutting-edge conversations, the events gathered faculty, staff, alumni, and friends on two continents over the course of a month, showcasing recent developments in AI, entrepreneurship, innovation, and more.

Wharton alumni and supporters filled New York City’s Gotham Hall on the evening of February 21. The 1920s-era venue, complete with vintage bronze teller windows and a grandiose stained-glass skylight spanning the entire room, was originally a bank — a fitting setting for finance superstar Jeremy Siegel. The penultimate stop on this year’s Wharton Impact Tour began with hors d’oeuvres and conversations between alumni and friends.
